Home-health agencies
For each of 12,392 U.S. home-health agencies, we don't just list it — we mark where its CMS-measured recovery outcomes fall on the national curve. Did this agency help more patients get back on their feet than most? See it, not guess it.
Each agency links every rate to its national outcome distribution. CMS publishes a measure only for agencies with enough patient volume, so each outcome reflects ~8,000 reporting agencies — fewer than the 12,392 total certified agencies (the rest show "not enough data" for that measure).
